My name is Ali Jagger and I am a Personal Wellness and Weight Loss Coach based in West Kirby, Wirral. However, I work with clients locally, nationally and internationally.  You may not believe it now, but 10 years ago I weighed 20 stone due to a misdiagnosed underactive thyroid gland.  I really believed there was no hope, was so unhappy, unhealthy and couldn't believe it had come to this!  You may have seen me on ITV1's This Morning being interviewed by Phil and Holly talking about how I turned my life around.  I am living proof that with the right help you can change from being classified "morbidly obese" to a size 8-10 and keep the weight off forever.  I don't do diets, you won't feel hungry and miserable, but you will lose weight and have lots of energy - it's all about great nutrition not starving yourself like I used to do!!
